SKILLED WORKFORCE. DIGNIFIED LIVELIHOOD
Empowering People. Creating Sustainable Livelihoods.
At Impact Matters, we envision a society where every individual, regardless of background, has the opportunity to lead a dignified and self-sustaining life. Our Skill & Livelihood programs aim to build future-ready skills, create access to sustainable income opportunities, and drive long-term economic empowerment for youth and women from underserved communities.
We believe that impact matters most when it is visible, measurable, and lasting. That’s why we go beyond training—we build pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and confidence.
WHAT WE DO
At Impact Matters, we focus on empowering underserved youth and women by providing access to market-oriented skill development and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our programs are designed to equip individuals with practical, job-ready skills in sectors such as retail, hospitality, IT, beauty and wellness, and technical trades. We also integrate digital literacy training to help bridge the digital divide and ensure our beneficiaries are prepared for today’s technology-driven job market.
Beyond training, we offer job placement assistance through industry partnerships and help aspiring entrepreneurs with business planning, financial literacy, and access to micro-enterprise support. A special emphasis is placed on women-centric programs, creating safe and inclusive spaces that foster confidence, economic independence, and long-term social impact.

HOW WE DO

🌟 “Project Udaan: Wings of Skill, Winds of Change”
In 2024, Impact Matters proudly partnered with leading tech-retail innovator Nexora India Pvt. Ltd. to launch an ambitious and heart-driven initiative — Project Udaan.
Designed to uplift underserved youth through high-impact skill development, this campaign focused on digital retail, inventory systems, and customer service — tailored to match real-world industry needs. With training powered by Impact Matters and on-ground support and hiring commitments from Nexora, the project ignited hope across three regions.
In just six months, Project Udaan helped over 400 young minds, including 70% women, break barriers and take flight toward financial independence.
One shining star is Meena, 22, from rural Haryana.
“I used to doubt my future. Today, I manage customer orders, digital payments, and proudly wear my Nexora badge. I’ve found my wings.”
Project Udaan isn’t just a campaign — it’s a movement of dignity, discovery, and dreams delivered. Together with partners like Nexora, we’re not just skilling individuals — we’re rewriting futures.
